Each message sent by a website visitor counts toward your monthly limit. The AI's responses do not count.
What are the three chat modes?
Full Counseling provides Gospel-centered theological conversations with biblical counseling referrals. Info + Light Gospel answers practical questions and naturally weaves in the hope of Christ when relevant. Info Only answers questions about your organization factually and connects visitors with your team — no theological content. You choose your mode during onboarding and can change it anytime from your dashboard.
What types of organizations can use LivingWord Chat?
LivingWord Chat serves churches, pregnancy resource centers, campus ministries, and Christian nonprofits. During onboarding, you select your organization type and the AI adapts its persona, information fields, and conversation style to match.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate any differences.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial — your card won't be charged until the trial ends. Pro, Ministry, and Enterprise plans begin billing immediately.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
When your limit is reached, the chat widget transitions to a contact form so visitors can still reach you. No one is ever turned away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is $49/mo plus $0.018 per message. You purchase message token buckets and only pay for what you use, with an option to auto-renew. It's ideal for large organizations and denominations that need unlimited scale with full cost transparency.
Can I customize the AI's theological beliefs?
On Ministry and Enterprise plans, you can configure your own statement of faith that guides the AI's responses. On Starter and Pro plans, the AI uses our default Reformed evangelical statement of faith. All plans let you add information about your organization — service times, helplines, programs, mission, and more.
